2. Salon and owner details
As the salon administrator, you will receive technical notifications about the platform (new features, changes, security, maintenance windows). This is part of the service, necessary for proper use of the tool - these are not marketing messages.
Right of withdrawal (applies to consumers and sole traders for whom the purchase is not of a professional character): you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement to kontakt@tentermin.pl - you may use the form template.

You are creating an account on a free trial - 14 days, no fees and no card details. The trial does NOT convert automatically into a paid subscription: once it ends, you decide for yourself whether to choose a plan. A subscription chosen later is billed on a recurring basis (monthly, in advance, in PLN, gross prices including 23% VAT), renewing automatically, and you can cancel at any time in the panel - cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any price change requires your express consent - we will not charge a higher fee without your acceptance.
